Shipping Within New Zealand

We ship throughout Aotearoa New Zealand using trusted local carriers. All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
Rural Delivery: 7-10 business days
Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (available upon request)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules. Rural addresses may require additional time.

Packaging

Each hand-carved piece is individually wrapped in protective materials and secured in sturdy packaging. We use eco-friendly packaging materials where possible, ensuring your items arrive safely while minimising environmental impact.

Larger items may be shipped in custom-made boxes to provide additional protection during transit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on item size, weight, and delivery location. Standard shipping rates apply to most New Zealand addresses.

For orders over $NZ 500, we offer free standard shipping within New Zealand. Express shipping and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout or can be discussed directly with us.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

International Shipping

International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us to discuss shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times for your country.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
