Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for purchases:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
- Debit Cards: All major New Zealand debit cards
- Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer (available for custom orders)
- Afterpay: Buy now, pay later option (subject to approval)
- Laybuy: Interest-free payment plans (subject to approval)
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Payment Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways that comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
Your payment details are encrypted during transmission and are not accessible to our staff or stored on our systems.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars ($NZ) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. GST is currently set at 15% in New Zealand.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once you have placed an order, the price will be confirmed and will not change unless you request modifications to your order.
GST Information
As a registered business in New Zealand, we are required to charge GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 15% on all sales to New Zealand customers. GST is included in the displayed price.
For international customers, GST does not apply. However, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees in your country, which are not included in the purchase price.
If you require a GST invoice for business purposes, please contact us after your purchase, and we will provide one.
Payment Processing
Payment is required at the time of order placement for standard items. For custom orders, we may require a deposit (typically 50%) at the time of order confirmation, with the balance due upon completion or before shipping.
Once payment is received and confirmed, your order will be processed according to our shipping policy.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are processed according to our Return Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
If you have concerns about a charge on your account, please contact us first to resolve the issue. Chargebacks should only be used as a last resort after attempting to resolve the matter directly with us.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails, we will notify you via email. Please check that your payment details are correct and that you have sufficient funds available. You may need to contact your bank or card issuer if the issue persists.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts.
